Real Honey

I recently read an article that pointed out that store brand honey "isn't real honey". In the U.S., the Food and Drug Administration says that any product that’s been ultra-filtered and no longer contains pollen isn’t honey. So, if all the crystal clear amber liquid you find on the store shelves isn't honey, what is it?

Eggplant Update

Ichiban Japanese eggplant is a productive variety that grows well in warm climates with full sun. It bears long, slender fruit that has a sweet, mild taste throughout summer and early fall. It requires steady moisture and well-drained, fertile soil. Plants also need plenty of space because they can grow up to 4 feet tall and 3 feet wide. Mine is nowhere near that large.
