Quick Tortellini

15 minute tortellini
Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil. Add 1 bag frozen three color (vegetable) cheese stuffed tortellini. Boil for 5 minutes, then drain, do not rinse. Top with leftover salsa, cheese and sour cream.
