Apple Rice Pilaf


Apple Rice PilafHerbed Yogurt Sauce
1/2 C. orzo1 C. greek yogurt
1 C. rice3 Tb basil chiffonade
2 1/2 C. water1/2 tsp. dill
1 tsp. chicken bullion
1/2 apple cut into tiny bites
1/2 onion sliced
1/2 cinnamon stick
In a skillet, saute apple and onions until golden. Add orzo and toast until brown. Add rice, bouillon, cinnamon stick, and water. Simmer until water is absorbed. Serve with chicken seasoned with galengal seasoning and a side of yogurt sauce.
