Corn Bread

1 C. flour 1 C. corn meal
1/4 C. sugar 4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt 1 C. milk
1 egg 1/4 C. oil (I like corn oil)

Measure oil in a 2 C. mixing cup, then add milk to 1 1/4 line, then add egg and beat well. Add to dry ingredients taking care not to over mix. Pour corn mix in greased pan 400* for 20-25 minutes.
