Trout

1 Tb chopped cilantro
1 Tb chopped green onion
1 Tb grated ginger
1 Tb sliced shallot (I omitted)
1 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
1/2 tsp. black sesame seed
1 Tb. red chili paste (sambal oelek)
2 Tb. honey
1/4 C. sushi rice vinegar
1/4 C. soy sauce (I omitted)
1/2 C. canola oil
