Gumbo



3 quarts shrimp stock made from scratch.
1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. scallops
1 C. chopped onions
1 C. chopped celery
1 C. chopped green peppers
2 C. cup chopped parsley
3 large carrots
1 lb. okra
Salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper to taste
File powder to taste
